About Us
The CDFI Friendly Tulsa effort was initiated and funded by The Commemoration Fund of The Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation. CDFI Friendly Tulsa is currently being operated by Founding Director, Isaiah Coleman, with support from the staff of CDFI Friendly America and under the oversight and guidance of a Board (listed below) made up of local stakeholders committed to community development.
Isaiah Coleman
Director of CDFI Financing
Isaiah Coleman was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York in a family deeply rooted in the church. He found a second home in Tulsa when he moved here to pursue a business management degree at Oral Roberts University. Over the decade following his education, he worked for esteemed companies like Coca-Cola, AT&T, and Bank of America. Most recently Isaiah served as the Partner Operations & Business Development Lead at InTulsa. Isaiah believes the city of Tulsa is rich with history and promise. He found not only a home in Tulsa, but a purpose– to partner with people, organizations, and other cities dedicated to unlocking the endless possibilities for communities and individuals in our city. Isaiah’s primary role as Director of CDFI Financing for CDFI Friendly Tulsa will be to match local demand for CDFI financing with local, regional, and national CDFIs, and other sources of capital.
